The challenges
The biggest challenge is that there is so much nonsense believed and promised about food and diets for strength sports. I will teach you how to separate the wheat from the chaff and how you can get far with simple principles. You can get far with relatively little effort, but I will also teach you the more advanced principles of eating for strength sports.
Solutions
Together we will do one of the following phases: fat loss (cut), muscle building (bulk), body recomposition, or maintenance. We'll choose based on your situation: your current fat percentage and goals are leading. While we do a phase, I will also teach you about the importance of the other phases and when to use them. When the phase is finished after 3 months, I'll help you with the aftercare. You will start eating around maintenance again, and this can have consequences for your weight. I will take away your concerns and answer all questions you have about this.
