Eating well, exercising plenty, and sleeping enough: these are the three basics for a healthy lifestyle that I'll help you with.
I can help you with: losing weight permanently, developing a healthy relationship with food and/or eating well for strength training.
What you'll learn during coaching you can apply for the rest of your life: feel fit and enjoy the advantages of a healthy lifestyle!
Approach
Coaching is always personal and bespoke. We'll get to know each other, go over your personal situation and goals, after which I'll make a tailored plan for you. You'll start executing the plan to crush your goals.
You'll encounter challenges, that's normal. I'll guide you through those moments, so you emerge from them feeling stronger and more confident. We aim for good enough, not perfection.
You'll be surprised what is possible when you put your mind to it, and when you focus on the basics. Eat, sleep and exercise to feel fit. Be above average! 💪
What is your goal?
About me
I'm a certified nutrition coach (Dutch: Gewichtsconsulent) and a member of the professional association BGN Nederland. My core values are: honesty, openness and empathy. I want to give you the personal attention you deserve. Personally, I've focussed on living healthy for at least 18 years, and I'm active in strength sports for 5+ years.
It's my mission to help others with healthy living by focussing on the basics (eating, sleeping, exercise). Besides that, I want to show other women why strength training is so important: it's very important for our health to have a decent amount of muscle mass. Being strong to me means: feeling confident and being able to eat more food without gaining weight.
I'm a powerlifter and in 2023 I've participated in the national championships in the -76 kg class.
